Quels sont les délais de livraison ?

Afin de vous proposer des produits de qualité tout en restant abordable, nous sommes en étroites collaborations avec des entrepôts internationaux (France, Belgique, Etats-Unis, Chine…). Le traitement, la fabrication et l'expédition de votre colis demande à notre équipe un délai maximum compris entre 6 et 12 jours ouvrables. Malheureusement, ce délai peut se voir rallonger en période de fêtes. La livraison est elle sécurisée ?

Oui. Un code de suivi vous sera remis peu de temps après votre commande afin que vous puissiez suivre son acheminement jusque chez vous. De plus en choisissant notre livraison premium, vous disposez d'une garantie perte vol et casse : vous serez livrés ou remboursés .

La livraison est elle gratuite ?

Oui. Une livraison Essentielle vous est offerte pour toutes commandes passées sur Pièces d'Exceptions. Aucuns frais supplémentaires ne vous sera demandé et vous pourrez suivre votre colis avec le numéro de suivi associé.

Commande

Ma commande n'est pas complète. Est-ce normal ?

Tout d'abord merci d'avoir choisi Pièces d'Exceptions. Si vous n'avez reçu qu'une partie de votre commande ne vous inquiétez pas : certains de nos produits sont stockés dans différents entrepôts partenaires. C'est pourquoi vous pouvez recevoir votre colis un peu avant le délai estimé . Néanmoins, si vous ne recevez aucune mise à jour de suivi depuis plus de 7 jours, n'hésitez pas à nous contacter à information@piecesdexceptions.com ou via le formulaire de contact afin que l'on puisse régler au mieux la situation !

Cela fait plus de 10 jours et je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma commande. Que faire ?

Nous savons à quel point le temps peut paraître long lorsque l'on attend son colis, mais ne vous inquiétez pas il devrait être tout près de sa destination ! Le temps moyen de traitement et de livraison de votre commande est de 12 jours ouvrés, mais les délais peuvent s'étendre jusqu'à 16 jours ouvrés lors des périodes de fortes affluences . Mon puzzle est arrivé endommagé ou avec une pièce manquante. Quelles solutions ?

Afin de mener à bien ces démarches il vous sera demandé des informations permettant de vous identifier ainsi que des photos du produit défectueux.

Je souhaite me faire rembourser. A qui dois-je m'adresser ?

Nous sommes sincèrement désolé que votre expérience n'est pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Afin d'être éligible au remboursement, il vous faudra remplir 4 conditions:

-Moins de 14 jours se sont écoulés depuis la livraison de votre commande

-Vous avez encore en votre possession l'emballage d'origine afin d'effectuer le retour gratuit*(voir notre politique de retour)

-Le produit qui vous à été livré est inutilisable ou endommagé

Produits

Quels sont les produits les plus abordables afin de s'initier au Puzzles 3Ds ?

Afin de vous faire la main, nous vous recommandons les puzzles de la catégorie "basic" ,"simple", "enfant" ou encore "animaux" en bois. Tous ces produits son parfait afin de commencer dans cet univers car le nombre de pièces nécessaires à leur construction sont réduits. Ils seront donc parfaits pour les enfants et les "grands enfants"

Faut-il des outils pour réaliser les puzzles 3Ds ?

Pour les puzzles 3Ds en bois nous recommandant de vous munir d'outils tels que la colle à bois, des pincettes ( car les pièces peuvent être de petite taille rendant la construction difficile), de piles (dans le cas de certains modèles mécaniques ) et surtout… de la patience !

Pour les puzzles 3Ds en métal, certains de nos modèles phares nécessiteront des outils spéciaux disponibles en sous les fiches-produits ou en cliquant juste ici, ainsi que… en effet, un mental d'acier !

Certains de nos produits peuvent sembler difficiles au premier abord mais n'oubliez pas : Vous êtes une personne d'Exception, c'est pourquoi toute notre équipe croît en vous ! Il est temps de montrer de quel bois vous vous chauffez !

Les puzzles lumineux sont ils fournis avec des piles ?

Certains de nos puzzles ne nécessitent pas de piles et peuvent être alimentés directement par câble USB ( fourni directement lors de l'emballage) et d'autres necessitent des piles (Non fournies dans l'emballage).
